Return and Exchange Policy

Timeframe

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Discounted/sale items and intimate wear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and a photo of the item.
The exchange process takes 7–10 working days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To exchange your item, we’re happy to assist based on availability. If the new style is priced higher, you’ll need to pay the difference via bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Please note that no cash refunds or Store Credit Notes are extended to customers for any item exchanges.
Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the original item, and any additional amount must be settled before or at the time of delivery.
Exchanges are allowed only once per order. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for style changes.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
Valid photo evidence must be provided.
If eligible, the return shipping will be arranged at no cost to you.

No Refund for:

Change of mind
Incorrect sizing or colour (an exchange is offered instead)

Refund methods

Bank Transfer Orders: Refunded to the original account.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded to a bank account provided by the original customer.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Funds typically reflect in your account within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
